Refund Policy
At Orbis, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled. Choose Compelling Topics.
1. Return Conditions
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of use or damage may be subject to a partial refund or be declined.
2. How to Start a Return
Email our support team at returns@orbis.audio with your order number and reason for the return. If approved, U.S. customers will receive a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
3. Refund Timeline
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Some banks or card providers may require additional processing time.
4. Product Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t function as expected, we’ll replace it at no extra charge. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a description or photos of the issue. Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent out.
5. Items That Can’t Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, used ear tips or personalized products can’t be returned unless they arrive defective.
6. International Orders
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges, duties, or taxes are not refunded.
